Work Experience
Full time employment as Information Technology Analyst. My most notable responsibilities are:
- Managing local offices IT budget.
 - Resolve IT incidents.
 - Propose best solutions to streamline business operations.
 - Close cooperation with international digital technology team.
 - Report directly to local business representatives.
 
Since March 2017, I spent most of my time working outsourced to Naftna Industrija Srbije, one of S&T's renowned clients, leading a team for technical support (Belgrade, 7 people). My most notable responsibilities are:
- First and second level of support for gas stations and the Headquarter building (around 5000 users on multiple locations).
 - Providing troubleshooting and configuration support for client desktop computers, printing and networking environment.
 - Responsible for supervising and providing efficient customer support for all issues related to desktops, laptops, servers, phones and peripherals.
 - Escalating calls and issues where necessary to senior managers & team leaders. Investigating and implementing ways of reducing calls to the Help Desk.
 - Responsible for creating documentation and instructions related to IT support, support on A/V conferences and participating in the preparation of presentations.
 
Full time employment as Associate in IT Infrastructure and help desk. My most notable activities while working for AXA a.d.o. were:
IT Support
- 1st and 2nd level support for end users through providing services on Help Desk. Support for internal and external IT system users on over 9 locations for more than 1000 users.
 - Installation, preparation and testing of working stations ( HW/SW) and on-site problem solving.
 - User managment (account and e-mail account administration, printer access for users, managing rights and roles on applications and databases).
 - IT support on A/V conferences and participating in the preparation of presentations.
 - Improvement of existing and participation in creating new IT related documentation.
 
System Administration & Maintenance
- Full mail administration on Google Suite service.
 - Administration of KAYAKO Help Desk and generating reports & analytics.
 - Active Directory (objects and groups, creating, implementing and managing group policies).
 - Maintenance and monitoring of virtual infrastructures on VMware (vSphere Web client).
 - Creating and monitoring backup jobs on storage infrastructure, (D2D2T i DR site) by using Veeam-ONE, with escalation to a higher level.
 - Maintenance of Asterisk call center (Linux).
